One of the best nail services I’ve ever gotten! my nails last long and don’t break easily, and the gel they use is amazing. I’ve tried many other places and everyone there does quality work. They run late quite often but they take their time and ensure quality service. Always come back to them!

I'm really upset that I ever came here to do my nails. I went to get a simple manicure. But then the girl there convinced me to get gel on my natural nails. I was apprehensive because I have beautiful long nails and did not want to damage them with the removal process. She assured me that "the products they have will dissolve it easily and with no problems". She made it seem like my friend who warned me was completely wrong. Well I wish i would have listened to my friend. When I went to remove the gel.... All she did was sand them down...... I have a layer of gel on my nails now and I was told to basically just wait for it to grow out!! Im so upset. They destroyed my gorgeous nails and lied to me. AND charged me to not even remove the gel fully!! When I asked her about these products she said would dissolve everything...she told me "oh we don't use that because it can dry your nails out" Then WHY LIE??? Not to mention that I was yelled at to stop moving repeatedly (its hard relax your hands when you're not relaxed and the people are horribly rude). My nails are wrecked. If you value your nails, do not go to this place. The customer service is non existent and they're mean and don't talk to you. Not to mention I had to go back in because they let me leave there without my nails even being filed right. They left them jagged. I honestly deeply regret ever coming to this place. I regret letting them touch my nails. I'm sitting here with messed up nails with a layer of gel still on, peeling off and I have no idea what to do. So unprofessional. And the place isn't sanitary. I never saw them clean any of their stations or their uv machines. Nothing good to say about this place unfortunately. Last thing, I had a nail fixed and the girl that did it did such a horrible job, that I went back in to show the manager (I think?) and she said oh it's fine, if it breaks just come back and see us. Why can't you just do the job I paid you to do right the first time?? So so rude.
i’m from calgary so i didn’t know what i was walking into. i just needed a nice white matte set. i did not get that. i got bleeding and nails that look like fangs. super unfortunate
If I could give 10 stars I would! Linh has been doing my nails for a decade now, and I couldn’t be happier. She is always there for me and goes out of her way to give me the best possible appointment to accommodate my schedule. Whatever design or idea I come in with she always makes sure it’s PERFECTLY executed, I mean PERFECTLY. She defiantly never says no and is the most hard working person I know! I’ve recommended my entire family and all of my friends to her and nobody has ever gone anywhere else since. I am forever grateful for the amazing service I get and would recommend this salon to anybody who’s looking for a new nail tech, trust me you won’t regret it! 10/10
